Meetings...

Uhmm well in clans ive been in we've had like a meeting every like friday.

and well what im suggesting is that we have like meetings to like discuss issue or things that are going on
i mean it could only be like an hour meeting or not even that.
as we get more structural people will start thinking that were serious stuff...

but i mean i was just thinking that....

There's several problems with that in our clan:
Our members are in different timezones, our two leaders are in different TZ too
Our clan isn't organised. We failed to keep on check with gb so I doubt we will be organised enough for weekly meetings
In all honesty there's several i$mmature members so meetings would be chaos

I dnno about that Phen, we could just have a meeting between the older/more mature members in the clan on Skype calls... Doesn't have to be necessary to only talk about the clan, more of a friendly chat/outlet to talk about stuff.

well theres a clan that ive been in that are from russia, england, scotland, East coast (US), brazil and stuff and they have a 'patrol'
7 GMT to be exact.
that would be like 2 for me.

and im up anytime so i think meetings would e a great idea in my opinion. I kno i havnt been on in awhile or hvnt posted much... but i just need to get back into the swing of things

Okay, to make sure that every single person could make it, the meeting should be either Saturday or Sunday at a specific time, I understand that a few people might have some things planned but that's really the only time that we'll be able to all meet up. During the vacations, however, we could meet up on Fridays, at another pre-determined time.

Phen, if someone immature during a meeting, we can just boot him from the call. Also, I think that meetings is a good start to being an organized clan as there is no pressure involved in it at all. Whilst on the other hand, GBs can be stressful to someone that has not experienced anything of the sort before. (For example, I have been to so many important hockey games that I'm hardly affected by stress anymore)

Not only that we have it in well skype but MW2 lobby or bo lobby depending on the day i guess?
but i mean u dont want to change up the days....
You know like have a rank structure like about people that are well u know mature and do what they do...

about 15-20 ranks when we get more members and such
Then the person there with the highest rank would construct the meetings and such..

Like Saturdays possibly idk 3-5 GMT time? or whatever u guys could work out.

This clan started with no ranks at all... I made it change by creating a few with Phen.

If there's going to be more, then that is Phen's decision
