As you can see the forum is dead. Thanks to black ops we aren't a call of duty clan atm so the forum is our main social area. Its now unlikely that we can start serious gb matches when we rarely play cod together. I was thinking of turning MtaW into a social ps3 clan and keep it that way until we get things sorted. What do you all think?

heres what i think you should do, delete all the member and all the active members can re register -, and maybe split the clan into social and youtube division ns if we are able 2 recuit some people, sorry 4 bad grammar ps3 browse suks ass

Yo, for recuiting is it absolutely nessesary that whoever joins isn't in any other clan? I know a few people who are pretty kool, but they are all in clans rite now.

PS... Not create a new forum, just meannt deleting all inactive members so we get an idea of who's in and who's out, and we can see if we need 2 recuit some more people. As for revamping the forum, I suggested this becuase anyone who does get recuited can come to the website, and if the design is good, it will make us seem more serious than a forum with a plain background. Oh yeh, I think we should just keep this clan social till the summer, tonnes of us have exams now (I think) so there's no point of being a serious clan if no1 has time for it.

Ok. I think I've decided what we should do. Sorry if I've said this already but its. Been a while
We will turn the clan into a casual ps3 clan. We will accept all people with a ps3 and become something like a gamefaqs community but with more organisation and friendlier. Once we have enough people we will start competitive gaming, not just for call of duty but for several other games. Obviously this will need more work and time so you might not want to. Please tell me what you think

Well i know im kinda new to this clan but i have ideas.

1. You can have an organized rank structure. Meaning posting the ranks and letting people know who's in charge and whatever
2. Try not to be to complex. (Though when you get larger you may have to). Make it easy. Don't be to focused on trying to get people but be like a friend and then see what goes on.
Cause you know when ur playing with someone and they kinda put on ur clan tag because they just kinda wanna be like your clan or somethin. Thats what you gotta do. Just be cool layed back and just be yourselves.
3. 75% of the time play together. have 25% for them to play with their other friends if they wanna.
4. It is actually pretty hard to recruit people from ps3 because they dont wanna really join a forum and start using this to.
5. Have fun.
6. Have a good base structure. Build in one spot and grow from that. No one likes 1v1 unless they talk crap u know. 1v1 are not a good thing for recruitment. Makes them think they suck when they get ownd or somethin. Everyone likes feeling good. The real test are you team worthy. i mean yeah u can still do 1v1's but do it after they been in awhile. just to chill or somethin. Think of somethin.
7. Work together and dont talk a lot of 'poop'. No body wants to join a clan that argues about things all the time.
8. Be out there. Make people feel like omg..... Theyre soo good. Then try to recruit but dont shoot that target right when they say that though.
9. Active. Make them believe you really are the real deal and you wanna accomplish something. and kinda make them think they would be missing out on something they would regret.
and
10. Treat people with respect. Cause people are people. and everyone wants respect. (Be family)
11. Give them something to stride for. Like a challenge to become something important. (after they been in awhile.)

Those are just some things i thought about if i wanted to join a clan this is what i would look for.

I agree with most the stuff you said, but some things I have to disagree with some of the things you are saying here...

1) I don't think it's nessasary to play with clan members 75% of the time your on the PS3, I have many many friends on the PS3 who want to play with me, I find it impossible to fit everyone into a 9 man GW party most of the time.

2) The thing about people who join the forum is that they are usually nice mature people if they are going to join a forum, and they are probably more dedicated than someone you just play with.

3) We don't really do 1vs1, we usually just party up to see how good of a team player you are and how cool you are. The only reason I see we would do a 1vs1 is for sniping recuitment's if we ever make a sniping division.

Otherwise your comments were pretty much right on point, and you seem to be quite a good addition to the clan from the looks of it.

I have recieved A LOT of friend requests from really very good players, (EG: guys with 3KDR and 2 W/L), and I think I might be able to get them to join the clan, I haven't really spoken to them on a social level, but I think they might make a good GameBattles team. BTW June 18th is my last exam, so after that I will be very very very very dedicated to the clan, so up until that point I won't be on CoD that much.

Yeah, my exams end June 19th, so I'll also be dedicated.

And if you can have an opportunity to recruit them DJ, please take it.

We could arrange a GB team with only the best of our clan and such. Along with timed practices where we would arrange certain situations.

im not very good at recruiting at all because im just so outgoing and i dont really talk about clan stuff cause im just being stupid.
