Here's a few of mine.
Suggestion: Put the Chatbox on top of the home page. Why?: More people will be able to talk to eachother and will learn to known eachother.
Suggestion: Event Topic Why?: People will learn eachother's playing style, making it easier to play with them.

the chat topic and calendar is done but im going to leave the chat box. the reason being is: it pushes the banner and navigation buttons aside the first thing we want recruits to see is the banner and 'Register', not our random chats

Oh yeah...I hadn't thought about that..I guess you're right, it's better if the Chatbox stays where it is...But I gotta insist on people joining the Chatbox when ever they're on.
